My mission in DX
- To facilitate understanding and collaboration among the companies within our group.
- To exceed expectations in all DX projects, not only completing them, but ensuring their success.
Q.What do you think is the DX that can only be done by Kurita?
DX driven by sustainability and transparency. Our main goal is to generate value, for the society and our customers, not only because we want to contribute, but also as a business model, sharing the benefits from such value with our customers, being this economical savings, environmental goals etc. To be able to do this, and keep the trust, we must show this using modern digital tools.
Q. What is the future that can be realized by Kurita's DX that you envision?
Fully transparent service where customers can see the real benefits in real time, becoming a “sustainability” partner, more than “just” a water treatment partner.

Q. What are your future goals and challenges?
My goal is helping Kurita become a team without borders, fully multicultural where sharing and collaborating is by default. Then together build the tools to help other companies become sustainable and environmentally friendly.
Q. In a nutshell, what is DX to you?

Finally, we would like to introduce you to ”What I Love” of the people in the Digital Strategy Division.
Developing skills through gaming.
Gaming on my PC allows me to immerse myself in a virtual world, providing endless entertainment and a way to escape from reality. It's a great way to unwind and have fun, while also challenging my skills and strategic thinking. I believe gaming has had a big influence on my success as it has taught me English and fast decision making.
